I got this jacket from my brother a few years back.  A really nice brown jacket that has a natural feel to it.  Almost like a suede velvet feel.  Anyway, over the years it had gotten some spills and drips among other things from normal use.  I brought it over to Imperial Suede (Spotlessleather.com) to get it cleaned.  All the while, I was not really thinking that they would be able to do much with it.  The stains and imperfections seemed to be deep set into the leather.

Well I just have to say, they gave me the home welcome most southerners give. Took in my coat and gave me the ole "We got ya cover'd".  We talked a bit about their impressive operation and how long they have been in business.  Among many that suffered through our devastating storm "Katrina" they just happen to "make it".  By relocating to the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain, north of New Orleans; where they were located before the storm.

Long-story-short, they got my coat back to me in like new condition.  Pleased to have met them and satisfied with their quality, I now wear my jacket more than I did before.  It just makes me feel better knowing that it looks good again.
