Our leather cleaning process: *Recommended Leather Care is every 3 years or when you spill something. Taking Care of spills in a timely fashion is important in Stain Removal and proper Leather Care.

 

Steps of the Professional Leather Cleaning Process

1. Inspect garment- Garments are inspected when received for cleaning. We provide each leather and suede garment with a detailed description of the type of leather. We look at soil or stains on the garment and any damage. We note missing or cracked buttons, holes, tears, rips,and worn edges.  A ‘before’ cleaning is important of each item cleaned.   Our commitment begins to Quality with Inspection.
2. Leather Clean Garments --- Our  facility contains 'State of the Art' equipment and provides  advanced dry cleaning and wet cleaning techniques to achieve the most soil removal with limited agitation.  Both processes restore proper oil levels and correct ph levels for suede and leather.
3. Air Dry --- Garments are air dried.  We hang the leather garments up to dry, which limits amount of agitation each item undergoes. Less chance of any damage occurring during the cleaning process because of this step.
   
4. Low Heat Fluff --- We  tumble each leather and suede jacket  in a warm dryer for a short time to relax skins.
5. Custom Pressing --- We press every garment and crop to original dimensions using low heat.  Our presses can block even the most difficult garments.  Suedes and Nubucks are brushed to bring out the original nap to the skins.
6. Restore Color --- Jackets go to  the spray booth where color is restored.  We custom blend and match leather finish colors.  We use the latest in leather and suede finishes.
7. Inspection --- We inspect garments before they are bagged and ready for delivery.  We want to make sure they are looking their best
